Just like any other form of exercise, dancing stimulates the body to release a combination of hormones responsible for relieving stress, alleviating pain, promoting pleasure, and, above all, improving the overall sense of well-being. That’s why we support rehabilitation and mental health awareness program.
These programs aims to enhance awareness about the role of dancing in boosting mental well-being.
